quaratine?

Does our puppy have to be quarantine when they get to USA ? I'm confused on the law about that and checking out customs website only confused me more.

It would depend where you bought your puppy from.
England for instance is a rabies free country and so quarantine isn't necessary.

Quarantine for dogs is not required by most U.S. states and territories; however, Hawaii and Guam do have quarantine requirements for pet dogs being imported into the United States. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) also has restrictions on the importation of certain dogs.

I have exported directly into Hawaii with no quarantine restrictions from UK
