Thanks for the update. As I have said in the past we have known them come down quite late up to around 10 months and on very rare occasions even later. I had a dog tested for fertility a few years back by a specialist and was told he was infertile with no sperm. I even saw for myself. I was also told it was highly unlikely he would ever produce Guess what..... 2 years later he produced a litter and has gone on to have a second since. Nothing is written in stone ;)

Jorel had a full vet check as part of his first vaccination at 10 weeks and has both testicles down (plus a lot of cuddles and compliments from the nurses, who are very enamoured with the young man :D )

Update:

Ivaar turns 11 months on Friday and still only one descended testicle.

Ok well it looks unlikely that it will come down now but stranger things have happened. There is absolutely no rush
to have the retained one removed, so just wait until he is fully matured at around 3yrs old :) Pay no attention to
anyone who tells you otherwise.

Just to let you know Dusan has had his retained testicle removed and it was right up inside still - given the position it was sitting in, the consensus of opinion was that it would never have descended no matter how much longer it was left.
There's a wiggy one, and a waggy one, and a woofy one, and a whiney one...
And they're all made out of wiggy-waggy and they all woo just the same!

Dogs must be allowed to mature before this action is taken
